User Story 1: Super Admin can see public courses by other Organisations and can copy those courses into own Orgnaisation.
- The courses are made pubic/private at the time of creation or editing, by Super Admins. if a super admin has made a course public, it is visible to all other organisation who has signed up on Quick Learn. The admins of other organisation are free to copy this public course into their own orgnisation
- Since courses can only be part of roadmaps, therefore when a super admin tries to make a copy of a course, he has to select a roadmap from his own organisation in which he wants to add that course.
- When a course has been copied, it has no connection with original course because we are copying the content of a course which is then duplicated into second orgnaisation. Now if first orgnisation, edits, archives, delete the original course, it does not affect the copied course.
- If a course has been copied, and the first organisation does changes to original course by adding new content or lessons, it does not affect second organisation’s copied course, it will have old copy of the course only. But now, if a third organisation copies the original course, then it will have all the latest content in it. So the gist is, at the time of copying a course, everything latest is copied with no strings attached for future additions/deletions/modifications.
